SoftBank has long been working on robot helpers, and at CES 2019 they let us see what it's like to actually shop with robots taking the roles of actual humans. Led by SoftBank's Pepper, our own Claire Reilly got a glimpse of what shopping's like when humans have been replaced by robots.
